Superthrive questions.

i bought some superthrive at walmart lastnight. The bottle was literd with a bunch of nonsense but i guess it is some kick ass stuff. I'd just like to know any details about it. When do i use it veg or flower or both. The bottle says to add it with regular feedings. Is superthrive ok for MJ? Is superthrive just for sick plants? Can i use superthrive on seedlings? Any details whatsoever will be helpful.:clap:

It promotes root growth and works well for transplanting in reducing stress to the plant. Other than that it doesn't do much more.
