one is for menstrual cramps and the other is for cancer or what ever ales you.
but they are both the same deal.

it depends who made them..by a stoner playing med man, nothing.

by a pharmacist or clinical producer. the mediums would be different as well as ph, penetration enhancers and stabilizers. the different roa requires different treatment to get the highest bioavailability, comfort and predictability for the user.

it still puts cannabioids in the blood stream though
