Umm, i take bong tokes while im getting ready for the shower and maybe 2-3 more once im in just leave my head out and hand. But then i just sit on the shower floor and relax against the shower wall with the hot water and steam encasing me..... shit im getting all relaxed thinking about it.

But yeah naked is the way to go lol.

Someone said they cant shit when they are high? damn that sucks! try getting a top shelf indica. lol whenever i smoke a bowl or two i usually stop then shit then re continue my session. it like forces me to shit. lol and its only with indicas. really good ones.

I will hae to investigate your theory.
I don't know why, but it just takes away that sensation of needing to poop.
On a more positive note, I like taking a shit, shower and shave (the 3 S's), then smoking up, now that's a full mental and physical cleansing!
