Swami Seeds

I've bought seeds from swami in the past and have had some stellar results with a Blue Orca Haze keeper so I went to see what he had listed for this years releases. LMFAO, THIS FUCKER IS HIGH ON HIS OWN SUPPLY! 300.00 for a Blue Orca BX project is so far out of line I think that goofy fucker must have fallen down and bumped his head. I don't support breeders who gouge the community that way so as a grower/breeder myself, I am officially boycotting Gas and his seeds. Not that I buy many seeds anymore, though I do like to cherry pick rare stuff. Generally anymore I'm to busy with my own projects to mess with other people stuff but again I do like to pick up rare stuff as I find it. I think the last seeds I bought were Black Forrest from Kingdom Organic Seeds which is 3/4 Vietnam Black. If you've got the skills and setup to take plants 16+ weeks into flower that is the direction I'd go.
Was going to run them indoors this summer but I'm currently working on a Black Poison Skunk BX project using a Blue Orca Haze Male that I've kept around for breeding with. Make no mistake, I'd not have it if not for Swami/Gas but I think his potcast interview (which I couldn't finish listening to) went to his head. Hate to dis a guy but he is deserving of a wake up call.

Whats your home made gear you love?? I'm with you on the doing my own thing (into S4 with a strain we crossed from other gear we made and crossed that S4 hybrid with a native Transkie keeper straight from the wilds/tribal region of SA) but not into dissing folks trying to make a living.

Ya gotta do what you gotta do right - no harm no foul. Pay or pay not that's all.

Once I introduced landrace into the inbred western gear that made a huge difference in quality and plant vigor.

I've got a few things I enjoy playing with but I found a particular Black poison skunk that I really fell in love with. I've had her for about 4 years now and have bred it to a few different things but really like the chocolate Thai cross. I like everything that comes out of her but the coco cross is pretty good. I'm currently growing out some black poison skunk cross seeds for male selection to bring back to the BPS mom to start the BX process. Ultimately working toward a uniform seed line based heavily on the BPS mom.

Other than that I'm like a lot of guys that have been at it a while and have a decent library of old time faves that need to be grown out and looked at.

As to trying to make a living, that's fine I've been doing it all my life, however I never tried to fleece people. Greed just isn't in my nature and I find it repulsive in others. I tend to call it when I see it in hopes it helps keep the greedy in check. This community has turned to greed so badly it's shameful but like you said buy or don't buy, to each his own.

One of my crosses with the Transkei came out lagit RKS smelled so bad after changing lighting right out of the gate I'm like nobody will puff that I'm going to cull. Good thing I didnt do that. Turned out best weed ever.

Straight up wiggy if you go to far, and mop the house do the dishes clean clean clean up. lol

The S1s didn't go total skunk but its there and still very good sativa.

A buddy gifted me some cuttings of these to run and they are wonderful plants. Had some issues early on but just kept truckin along. It was reused soil threw some dOlomite in, been usingBDF291CE-1C46-4BCC-9AED-41D40F0FC372.jpeg021FC55F-45DD-4D67-81B6-6B255252C3E6.jpeg45CC6882-E8FE-41BF-B958-754FE9AB7CFE.jpegFC4C4AE1-EBBA-4A7D-BF61-62ECD21CFEFB.jpeg9627768A-AC6D-4C4E-B61E-1E9743D82DF7.jpeg7D92A6CE-0AA1-4D4F-AEF3-F957A80D085F.jpeg74ABC9D2-E8E1-45A6-B6AD-8B8B4DD7B354.jpeg56315A02-8537-4EFE-B4C7-16EFF26176D8.jpeg95194E98-4B8D-4369-A81E-55A8ABA70F61.jpeg1C7878C7-8309-42CB-BA9A-39661F803EFC.jpeg barley every week or so and some aloe in the blender from the plant on the windowsill every few weeks. Top dressed dr earth throughout with some worm castings. Also added some liquid bone meal from nftg, seems like the squattier panama has been a lighter feeder but doesn't mind it too much, definitely responded to the bone meal, and that stretchier one seems like it can eat a bunch. That was also the first to start producing clusters. I may have locked nutrients out, it was also recycled soil so who knows without a soil test but that plant never seemed like she had enough food. The stretchier one also drank way more and more often. She would usually be the first one to tell me. Hopefully this rain'll pass and we can get some dry weather for the next few weeks.

So I'm smoking on the panamas today, the squattier lemon one is definitely got that lemon thing that's similar to the jack but not, if that makes sense it's got some gas behind the lemon and it's a really nice high, a little harsh but I'm pulling nugs off branches that are still on hangers so it needs to cure a bit but it's still nice. Fully melts your muscles and a good happy headspace, not too confusing definitely that kinda weed you can smoke a lot of if you're into the terps, but a little does the trick. The other one has these crazy vinegary cheese terps, it's kinda sharp and the smoke is a little harsh still but the aftertaste is almost og or something, just that lingering grease on the back of your palette that's kinda lip smacking and coats your lips with resin when you roll it up. It's different from what's in the hype market, definitely leans more towards a couple of the one rks phenos I grew a few yrs back so I'm guessing it's more one dominant. It drops your eyes pretty good and is a super smiley high, definitely some medicine. Hope everyone's having a nive harvest season, the mold hit pretty hard out here in oregon but still got some fire dank out the garden thankfully. Also another note...i left a cpl bottom branches on the lemon panama and while the other plants were molding out, those buds didn't show any signs of it, even thru the rains.

The One x R2NL2 at 5 weeks

Living soil, much training due to space issues.

Popped three seeds, 2 male culled this round and this stunning girl, fits Gas's description in that the resin smells of maple syrup mixed with hash. Been a total dream to grow and the cuts have taken well.

Very interested with how long to take her. Anyone previously grown this one? @mmad ?

Gorgeous!

I only grew it once so far, and it was outdoors at the 49th parallel (near Canada/USA border)
It started flowering very early, I want to say mid June.. and finished mid September.
I can't see it being more than 8-9 weeks indoors, but I guess that depends which direction
the particular pheno is leaning. D, who contributed the R2 side, mentioned the flowering triggers
around 17.5 hours of light..

An observation I had made is that the sweet spot (harvest window) is on the early side, I let some
go a little longer and it wasn't as good as the branches I cut 2 weeks earlier. Hope that helps.

Please keep an update of the Nl5/H?:weed:

I'm very interested in crossing the NL5/H with Hazeman 88 G13 x Hashplant.

And am also interested in crossing Mr Nice Shit Male x 88 G13 x HP Female, and then crossing the Male of that cross, into the Female 91 s NL5/H.

I'm also really interested in the Cherry Bomb.

I'm actually interested in any of the stuff that Stabilized Hybrid/IBL, or that breeds consistently. I don't have enough space to do large scale pheno hunting so I I'm looking for something pretty homogeneous, but some variation is cool.

Ive also got the Mr Nice G13 x Haze, which I'm also dying to try it. It is also a stabilized Hybrid.

All these stabilized hybrids should be awesome.

They also had some with The One ( Kandahar ) the Black ( Vietnamese ) x NH5/H but are sold out.

They also informed me they also just released The One ( Kandahar ) x Punta Rojo x Mazar x Punta Rojo $100 x 15.:hump::weed:

what seed seller @jimihendrix1 ?
I got the Shit a long time ago, from Attitude Seeds. But as of now, Id use the Authentic Genetics Skunk #1. AKBeanBrains also has a different G13 x Hashplant than what the NDNGuy gave Hazeman. And AKBB also has a really good NL5 x Haze.
Id ask AKBB/Dave to send a complete seed list, and deal with him directly. He gives many freebies. I ask for the same seeds, I buy, if Im buying to pheno hunt. And the Sk1 seeds are extremely cheap from Authentic Genetics.
dankortowne@gmail.com is AKBB

Thanks man, that actually helps a lot. She looks like an early finisher, I'd never seen so many big flowering crowns at just 2 weeks post flip and she's packing weight now.

There was next to no stretch so I'm hoping for an R2 leaner.

First time growing Gas's gear and I am impressed, I would have kept the males if not for space.

Thanks again.

The One X R2NL2

Pumping out extra pistels late in the day reminds me of Chem crosses that do that.

Flowers are firm, not airy, resin glands are tiny with hardly any stalks and still have a maple syrup sweetness to them.

Been an absolute dream to grow in living soil.

Cheers for checking her out.
