the lady at lowse said it would be fine potting soil, god damnit,,,, she also said that it met all the requirements I needed (nutrients, hummis, and ph levels)
the lighting im using are two walmart grow lights (the ones with the word america in it) They are white lights, and and specific for groing indoors.

well i had posted a question earlier, and asked if i shouldn't smoke in the garage (which is under my grow room) and they said welldoes the room smell like snoke, and it didn;t so ikept smoking in the garage, and the lights are like 3 inch away, and theres two of them how much wattage are you supposed to have

Sweetie, that's not gonna do a thing but bore you. Dont water them so much, and buy lights. Even cfl's (compact flourescent lights. spirals). You can get a pack of 3 for like $5-6 bucks.
Just remember that when it says 100 watts or so, thats the equivalent. Without lights, the plants will die.
What lights do you have? They are going to be the most important thing you have.

damn, i didnt know breathing produced that much co2. im ganna start sleeping with my plants. lol JKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK like Rocketgirl said. leave your girls alone and give them more light. like she said the 100 watts eqivilant is equal to a incandesents' output. u want to refer to the real wattage. i think a 26w is somwehre near a 100 incandesent. a 46w cfl is a 150 incanesent. somthing like that, i hate cfls,useless. but always go by the small number on the packaging for watts.

everyewhere I read it said that the plants need co2, and that is why you need to breathe on them (i have heard like 7 different people say to play and sing them a song, or to talk to them) since it realeses co2 and its good for the plants....

Okay, worry about CO2 later, you have time to read. It'll take you an hour at most to read it. There's nothing that will happen, or that you can do, that will effect them within that time frame. I always recommend cfl's, not because they're awesome, but because they're cheap.
The best person to help your plants is YOU. So if you dont know the basics, you'll go nowhere.
You need to know what to do YOURSELF, people can guide you, but you'll feel better about your plants health once you know the basics. Thats all.
Even if these ones dont make it, it's okay, because you're at the early stages and can start over easily.

Dont sweat it then. Thats young. Just wait it out another week, buy more lights, and only water when the soil looks dry.

Okay man, if your ganna negatively critique me on the post, i tried to help you. Now its time for me to critque you. your plants are fucking tiny for a week old. mine would be on their 3rd 4th node. you obviously have no idea how to grow anything. i mean YOOHOO! u made it 3 days into it! wow man im proud of you, you sprouted a seed. way to go, cant wait to see your harvest 3 months from now, at the rate your going, damn its ganna be real phat dude, u know so much about growing. man im ganna go blow air on my plants everyda and they are ganna yeild rediculous from the co2, thats at maybe 10 ppm higher than it was from breathing on your plants. Blow Blow Blow Blow Blow away, please inform me of the harvest u get from breathing on them. If you wanna hate bro, hate on the right dumbass.
