Swell phase in action?

Hello all these plants are getting close and I think they are going through the swell phase, but I can't find any pics online to correlate with. These pics are of my Critical Mass that was flipped at the end of Nov.

Ten days to two weeks. Just a guesstimate.

Watch for foxtailing.

IYE does every bud foxtail on a plant? Every bud has this growth coming out the top.

Edit: After reading that back it sounded kinda dickish, I didn't mean it like that, I was just curious if one buds foxtails will all the other buds foxtail too?

I researched causes of foxtailing after your comment and it seems heat stress and light stress are big factors, but I run QBs with big heatsinks (at around 70%) and keep them 18-24" off the plant, so I shouldn't have much light or heat stress. I will just wait it out as most of the trikes are still clear.

Hopefully someone that has grew this strain before can chime in, it's a fairly common strain here in the midwest.

Even if you get some foxtailing its really no big deal. It won't hurt anything at all this late into flower. I don't see any signs of it. Looks like the plants are about to that swell point like you said. I would think 12-20 days and you'll be done. Just keep an eye on them.

Yea this post was made a little premature. As of yesterday, the buds are really starting to swell and they are taking on that typical cone shape. Thanks for all the replies.
