Thats because its not using modern day bibles its using the orginal torahs.
I know where your coming from with your point, because i used to be so very sinical about everything i read, heard and watched, which lead to me checking sources and hearing both sides of the story ect ect. And whilst on that journey of finding the real truth, i found it in god(which of course for me was a big suprise)
But anyways it just somthing to consider.

haha so did i, infact the reason i came across the website was because i was lent the book you are refering too,"the bible code" by michael drosnin, which i havent read yet.lol.

im sorry bud but if theres no reference in text in the bible i dont beleive it. and your talking about original text of the bible why wasnt it added to the bible in the original translation of the bible. not to mislead but thanks to technology some guy on the internet claims he predicted the future. im sorry but there has to be somethin better than that

You know how many times the bible has been edited for the benefit of a small handful of people? It wasn't added to the bible because the people who edited these original copies felt they could be much stronger with an occult knowledge that the general public does not know about.
And for the "predicting the future" part, i believe these codes to give a vague idea of what is to come in our future. They dont exactly predict the future, but when the situations come along, they fit perfectly into the deciphering of the codes. This is become whoever created these codes did not know the future but he/she/it understood the natural rhythms of mankind. I do believe in free will, therefore what ever future prophecy is predicted can be changed.
