need to run bennies always as prevention... those roots look fucked to me, and they typically dont like to veg new roots in the middle of flower. from what I have seen, h2o2 is trash for treating root rot.
I would also definitly keep the air stone on for the rest of this grow at least. Lack of dissolved oxygen is perfect for anaerobic bacteria. kinda curious to know if the ph is stable.
