So I switched to 12/12 2 days ago, and I gave them a water feed last night. Now i read to give them the grow big for first week, but I am unsure, should I give them the bloom nutes on next watering or one more feed wit veg nutes? or should i give them some of both???????

Just flip straight to bloom, ONE extra feeding of growth feed isn't going to be detrimental to the outcome.
They WILL drink maybe 2x as much feed while in bloom, or so it seems anyway so just keep an eye on your soil before feeding again.
Wont be a problem until you near week 2 of flower, but when that happens just make sure the soil isn't wet before feeding them, as some days they will suck the soil/medium dry and others they wont suck as hard.
Listen to your plants rather than reducing/increasing the amount or how often you feed, if they are doing fine one feed per day then don't increase but if the soil is always dry after hours or work then don't be afraid to re-feed i find myself feeding before work and by the time i get home my coco is dry as a nun so i feed again.

Try something like this

Stick with the same feed week 1(100% veg)
week 2, drop the veg feed 25% and replace with 25% bloom feed(75%veg/25%bloom)
Week 3 can be 25%-50% veg + 50% bloom and you just taper off from there depending on what your plant wants.

If you go straight to bloom she will eat the nitrogen quickly during week 1&2. Also, always ease into bloom nutes.

Something like @SPLFreak808 said, I go heavier on the veg nutes for the first couple of weeks through the stretch, blend them, then switch around 2 - 2 1/2 weeks to bloom once they have full-on flowers. I've found they react better and most of the growth in the stretch is vegetative growth while they're developing bud sites.

^ none of the above was an issue for me whatsoever.
Sure if your trying to force plants that aren't ready to flower, to flower, then you will have problems.
But why on earth would you switch to bloom without the plant telling you shes ready to be swapped.
Once they start flower, their chemical needs change the same way with babies to toddlers to kids to adolescent etc etc.

Depends on strain. Do that with all plants and your asking for trouble.

Personally, I stop nutes for the last week of vegging and flush at the end of the week then I start feeding again after week one of flowering to help my plants get over the initial shock of light cycle change. When using nutes I always begin at 1/4 strength and build from there by 1/4 strength every 2nd or 3rd feeding until at full strength.

However, all that being said, there are a million growers out there and millions of opinions. Do your research, listen to your girlz. None of the previously mentioned methods from other posters are 'wrong', they just may not be what's best for YOUR grow.

So incase anyone is wondering I basically just gave them Half dose of veg and small amount of bloom first week. week 2 of stretch i gave them half dose bloom half dose grow big. week 3 after switching over to 12/12 i gave them 75%bloom nute 25% grow big. Then from there out 100%bloom. I am Now 4 and 1/2 weeks in since switching and got some big buds already. I will post pics tonight after work. Also since I am 4weeks sicne switch does that mean i have about 4 weeks left. Or would it be 6 weeks? Do you count the 2 week stretch in the 8 week flowering time?

The plant will tell you when it's done.

8 weeks is a general guideline, some strains can be less some more.

I feed strait veg feed in coco until their done stretching…. Those first three weeks of the flip is when they blow up the most…why would you take away from that by giving in Bloom feed…..
