Switching 12/12 timing during flower

Hey everyone I realized after my first two full days of 12:12 with the temperature changes I should really be running the tent at night now how bad am I going to stress the plants or fuck them up if I turn the lights off now for the next 6 to 8ish hours so that I can get my lights on at night instead. my night temps are dropping to 60 and will continue to get colder a little bit and I would rather avoid running a space heater

Thanks, figured just need to do it before I got any more into 12/12. Should make my temps and humidity perfect range now without using my dehuey or a heater in middle of night.
