Switching from 20/4 to 12/12?

I am currently about 1-1.5 weeks from my first auto finishing. The stretch is way over and now it is just finishing. I have 2 photo periods in the same tent that are getting out of control and I am worried about them overgrowing my space. Would switching to a 12/12 right now affect my yield?

Should be ok if they are really that close

They are definitely that close. About 70% Hairs have changed, trichs are mostly cloudy with some clear in there still, not much amber, no real new pistol growth to write home about.
