Flipping my 36 purple Afghan kush under my fluence and HPS. I have been running them during the day... 6 am to 10:30 pm.
Im curious as to opinions on how you guys and gals would make the light schedule switch with the least amount of stress.

I blacked out my room at 9 pm and plan on turning the lights on at 9 pm 24 hours dark.
Hoping this is a good tactic and won’t throw off my plants internal clock.

thoughts and opinions appreciated !

Nothing will throw off a plants internal clock; it is in their DNA. You can change your day/night schedule or manipulate the light cycle any way you want; they won’t care. The only time your plants may have issues is if the dark cycle is interrupted by bright light, leaks from a tear/hole in the tent or from lights from power strips, etc. Will not stress them much flipping to 12/12 schedule nor will 24 hours of darkness increase/decrease stress. Will have no effect except using slightly less power.

Righteous. Thanks for the reply and info.

here’s my room there blacked out til tomorow evening then it’s back to the races for 8 week cycles.

I’ve been having some nutrient issues but here’s the room.
I’ve been feed roughly 1.6 ec .5 CaMg 1.1 base.

also just had a great run withthis strain in this room and this is my second cycle. I ignored myrun off ph and maybe I need to continue to do so but I’m trying to eliminatevariables. Beenfeeding at 6.0-6.3 for the last week to try and correct the run off ph I’m glancing at which is 5.4-5.7 across my 4- 4x 8 tables 9 plants per.
