Switching to LEDs - Heat issues - General questions about set up

Hi, I've been having heat issues for the past few grows and I'm trying to look for a few options to what might suit my needs in the space I have.

First I'll go over what has survived time and is usable:
Area:
60cm x 60cm x 140 grow tent. It's currently set up in a cupboard which is the only place it can be.
Lights I currently own that have survived time:
2 x 75w CFL 6400k.
1 x 75w CFL 2700k
1 x 250w dual spectrum HPS - Too hot in my area, no way, not a chance, nay.
1 x 150w dual spectrum HPS - Not as hot but still too much.
The usual carbon filter that comes with tents and I have extra fan inside.
I usualy do soil or coco but I'd really like to try dwc.
canna vega and flores - Also some some additional nutes.

In the past I have had good results (potency and taste wise) using only cfls but not with volume.
Old times with more space and bigger cfls. My space is a litte more limited now days.

I usually switch, add and take away lights throughout the cycle but it usually goes as follows:
2 x 75w CFL 6400k during veg
1 x 75w CFL 2700k and 1 x 150w dual spectrum HPS during flower. - I added the extra 75w because the results aren't the best and the heat again goes up.
....... I've got to mention here, right here I have to mention that the past few cycles of using the 150w HPS I have always thought is was single spectrum and not dual spectrum. I just noticed that today which could have been part of the problem with the results. But either way I'd like to have a little less temperature.
----------- But from here on lets just assume I've done all of the stuff like ballast outside of growspace, extraction to the extrent that I am able and fans etc

Anyway I never get those dense nugs. I either get quite nice fluffy nugs or really crap stringy foxtail stuff which is hardly worth the time.

So I've done some digging around and compiled an extensive list of options for my current light situation.
The list is as follows:
1. LEDs

Now in my research I have found that there is alot of crap that either isn't fit for purpose or breaks after a week.... Unless you sell a kidney.
So, for my 60cm x 60cm x 140cm tent I have found these lights that i might be willing to buy if they meet the expectations of others.

--- Apparently this is will do nicley in my space

- This one... maybe?

--- Apparently used the samsung lm301b

- DIY - I really like the idea of this. I've seen a few guides online and it looks pretty simple. I work with tech, build stuff with Raspberry Pis, Arduinos, Built my own 3d printer with aluminium frame ect. Playing with this kind of stuff is my thing but my knowledge on LEDs and lighting is not.

So with my space and nessessity for lower temp. What are your thoughts?
Any other possible options for me in the light situation?

Another thing ive been thinking about is dwc. Again in my 60 x 60 x 140 space.
Usually I do soil or coco, and can fit 3 small plants in but would like to aim for 2 reasonable sized plants using DWC.
I'd rather not do just 1 plant as i like to switch it up abit.

Potential containters are:
A - 24 litres:
24l.jpg
B - 36 litres:
36l.jpg
C - 45 litres:
45l.jpg
With my tent being 140cm tall instead of the usual 160cm tall height is also a factor, does the depth of the container play a part or just the volume of liquid it can contain?
Obviously because of the volume option C - 45 litres is a good choice, but because of the height restriction would option B - 36 litre be a better choice which gives me an extra 105mm space?

Should I go for 1 big tub or could/should I go for 2 smaller tubs? Maybe 2 x option A - 24 litres?
For 2 plants in either 1 big container or 2 in it's own container how much air should it be pushing per minute? I have a spare air pump which pumps about 2litres per minute is this enough for both?

I know I've blasted out alot of questions and it's scattered but my mind at the moment is taking in a lot of new info and variables and I'm aware I have alot of options, many of which I haven't listed because it goes on and on and on and on and on and only creates more questions.

Any answers, insights, oppinions, advice all welcome.

Thanks

What is your ventilation like? Is the exhaust fan you have the right cfm for the filter?

I had a 2x2 cabinet I was growing in for a little while with a 350 cfm hyperfan dialed down to maybe 35%, on 24/7 under a 135w HLG led light and was able to keep the temps down pretty easily

You can have your res outside your tent if you want, which is how I had mine. I only had maybe 4ft height inside the grow space. You theoretically only need 35ish good led watts per sq ft, so you could go with a 150ish true watt led
