Switcing to flower!?

I have some plants in veg now 20/4. I want to turn into flower now and want to make whats day time now into nigth. Will this stress the plants and risk hermafrodites?

No, cutting out the light length is how indoor growers induce flowering, why would it stress the plant? This is how it's done

The ligths go of at midnigth and on at 5 in the morning now. i want it on at midnigth and of 12 in the middle of the day for flower. Is this good for plant?

It's indoor, it doesn't matter. The plant doesn't know what time it is outside.
