Jack, we did a couple of my partners girls the other day. I chopped a few of my girls yesterday and in all the excitement I forgot to even ask him how they were coming. It's been so cold here I haven't gone out for the last two days.
Header,

Congrats on the harvest. I'm still probably about 2 months out from doing any chopping.

Since you're gonna have some trim on hand you might want to take a look at this hash making tutorial thread. I just tried it with some trim I'd been saving up and got a nice little 4 gram chunk of it.

PS: I've got a sneaking suspicion that you and I might have a radically different idea of just what constitutes it being "cold" outside.

I agree, cold is a relative term, however, for florida, it's been damn cold. I'm here over twenty years and I have never seen so much ice in this state. It's about over, tonight down to freezing maybe a bit lower and then it warms up. By the weeks end we are looking at mid seventies again.

As for the hash making, I am preparing. I've had these bubble bags sitting in my closet for months just waiting to be used, they are about to get their wish soon. Rather than mixing in the bags, I'll be using a new five gallon pail to mix in and then pour the mixture into my other five gallon container with the bags in it. I try my best to educate myself on whatever it is I'm about to attempt for the first time. Youtube gave me a lot of info and the idea to mix in a different bucket so as to not damage your bags while mixing. His mix looked like it needed more ice. How much trim did you put into your mix for four grams? I threw a lot of the bottom buds into my trim bag which are drying in a brown paper bag. I turn them every day, once in the morning before work and once after work. I chopped three, one was a small mutant. I'm guess a bit over an ounce a plant average for the three. I have seven left which at least four will be chopped this weekend and that trim saved for hash making. I'm ready. I also have five sativa beans going. I'm getting ready for the lazy, hazy days of summer with them. I have three hazes going.

Hey ,Heads Check out e-bay you can buy a little washing machine on there and put all your trim in there and wash it and then drain it into your bags.Easy as hell thats how I do mine, that way it does all the mixing for you.

Thanks growingwild, I'll look into that. I've tried to find a little gem called the breezy, but so far no luck unless I want it shipped from china.
