okay so i have T12 lighting fixtures vegging my plants right now. I am using a 2-40watt 7000k right now for veg, think these can veg plants any good as growth seems a little slow... ? I keep the light about 3-4 inches away from the seedlings. Also can 2 T12 light fixtures each with 2-40 watt 3000k flower these plants? maybe along with 3 cfl 100watts. 1 bulb to every 2 plants along with that T12 3000k light spectrum cause i heard 2700k is the best but thats pretty close. but i might not be able to get the cfl 100watt fixtures.

you will be fine as long as you dont grow them too big. as most people are going to say, just get a halide or hps or t5. those seem to be the best for everyone. and sometimes cfl but those are very borderline. i mean you can get good results, but it takes too much effort and time in my opinion.

yeah man just get a small 250 watt hps you will fall in love with it and wonder what you did without it
