T5 light or Led light to start seedlings?

I have a 32x18x32 grow tent. I am going to use it to start seedlings and veg my plants. I will be using a 400 watt hps for flower. I was wanting to know if I should use a 2ft x 4bulb T5 or a Mars 300watt Led panel. Which would be better to start seedlings and veg with. Any help would be great.

I cracked some Super Skunk and OG Kush seeds under a 4 bulb 54w T5 and they exploded. LEDs work well I hear also. I grow monster yields outside but am trying to find the perfect Cfl setup..

Having done it with T5 and with the blurple style LED lighting, T5 was miles ahead for me. Surely LED tech has improved since then, but I'm running tried n true T5 over my clones and recently rooted babies with fine results.

I'd recommend you mix warm white (2000-2500 Kelvin) with cool white (4500-6500 Kelvin) tubes for best results.

Thank you for the reply.

Seedlings dont need much light (same as clones). Once they establish a root system, then you can give them as much light as possible.
