TACO TUESDAY.
Tonight, Al Pastor for my mouth hole.
First pic is marinating pork shoulder in a guajillo adobo sauce
Second one is onion/cilantro garnish and the guajillos dried
That's obviously the pineapple on da grill
That's the shit grilled.
Maybe if I don't get too high I'll post pics of the shit in a bit.
