Take a Look ALMOST a month old and looking SAD HELP

Ok so they are in biobizz all mix the one that is doing better I added more perlite into the soil I know I shouldnt of started them in all mix and MAYBE this was my problem along with PH problems cause of tester was broken and now im waiting on a new one anyway I watered them heavy yesterday with a good distilled water, the first Pic is almost a MONTH old and so small? I did add nutes to it one time way to early maybe about 2 weeks ago since then just straight water also they are under a 400w MH light as of now and it seems like its almost a waste cause Im seeing no MAJOR height increases like I expected when i put them under it , I got other babies germing and and I got 2 babies already sprouted but there are my 2 surviours from when I FIRST started and I definitly expected them to look alot different at this point; any suggestions on what i can do now besides wait it out? or is it a lost cause case of all the early stress you can obviously see in the pics will they probally hermie?

A month old? Damn dude, you've really stunted the growth.

one is probally like 3 weeks the other is about a month the bigger one is younger crazy first grow for me so far i guess ill just see what happens

look like u was used to growing outdoor an did what most people do when they start indoor ...reduce ova watering plus nutrients at da moment .. looks like nutrient lock up and if u water check into the ph ...juss dont add to much ph down and up ...ive seen dat problem b4 get new ph meter 2

any other ideas or suggestions?
