is it legal to take bud shots as a photographer and sell these without getting in trouble ( posters, calenders, t- shirts, etc. ) Or would this attract to much attention from law n forcment

I don't see why not. If you are growing I'd be careful though.

Agreed. You'll definitely attract attention to yourself, but at least it won't be illegal. If you ARE growing, I would start releasing the pictures until you have stopped.

You might try doing really good pictures, getting an account on fine art america.com and see if you can sell them or at least enter them into contest there
