Tall Indica Poor Choice for Scrog?

So I fould the exactly strain I want to grow (http://www.nirvana-shop.com/full-moon.html#) except the only problem is my setup has a little over 3' of vertical growth space (using SCROG method in a closed grow container) and Full Moon is a tall. Do you think it'll still grow nicely in my setup? It's a 6'Lx4'Hx2.5'W box with 15CFL's if that helps at all.

Can i not just do 24hrs in veg and then once the roots have hit bottom start flowering?

You can use any plant in a scrog, thats the idea, to be able to train it to you and your lights liking. If it is a plant that stretches a lot then dont fill as much of the screen when vegging.

Agreed. Taller plants I would say could even be beneficial as long as you LST them young. In my SCROG the more Sativa plants were alot more easily directed where I wanted them versus the indica that decided for itself which way it wanted to bush out. Good Luck!
