Hey. What I'm doing on my first grow, I moved my plant into the closet, hung a light bulb over it(hanging on the hanger bar), and I'm just adjusting the light via slack from the cord... CFL's don't let out hardly any heat, you have to be literally, like 2cm from it... and even then, it's good.
I think my plant started stretching a bit, until I moved the plant into this new setup.
