Hi all, New to led and havent used the old hps lamp in ten years. What would you recommend for a 4x4 or 2- 2x4 tent setup? The T4’s look ideal as i could buy 2 and run either setup with ideal ppfd. Id like the best setup but wont be running co2 and temps prob wont be perfect. My thinking is 969ppfd will not cause problems and i could always dim if needed.

ive done more reading and am leaning towards the t22’s using 2 per 2x4 tent. I can always dim when needed and when i do get my setup dialed in ill have that extra light if required.

They operate at the same efficiency so yea, just a matter of how much light you want in there.

I'm also a fan of the 2x4 tent. Check out the Agromax 2x4 from HTG http://www.htgsupply.com/products/agromax-2x4-grow-tent it's a little over 10 sq/ft. 2x T22s in that would be about 1000 PPFD, same as the T4 in a 24"x48" area, though the T4 would do a nice job in the Agromax too.

Correct, with the ELG there is a higher minimum than the HLG.

Only one T4-V725 is left. It is the last of the 700ma T4s.

I will start building T22Ps (passively cooled T22) in the next week or so.

After that T2Ps and T4Ps.

Here is a finished T22P. Same as the T22 but fanless. 190w input, 102 PAR watts, 510 PPF. They will show up on the website in 2-3 days.
