I haven't yet. My jars are 80% colonised. I'm just wondering seeing how I'm not planning on selling any and they are just for me and my old lady. Just in case I have any tea left over. I know i should just dry the rest but just in case. I'm planning on making it with 70 grams wet and like 20 ounces of water. Its been like 12 years since our last experience. I've got five jars. Lost one to contamination. Damn mold!

Mushrooms are within the range of ph that will support certain anaerobic bacteria which may become anaerboic if they are placed in honey. Botulism is a distinct possiblility - don't put wet mushrooms in honey. Dry is fine
