they look fine, you don't need to trim them, some leaves will die, some new ones will grow, it's plant life. They do look like they stretched a bit during early veg... you might want to replace that plant tag with a bamboo stick and bread tie, get that bitch sittin up straight!

get rid of the tin foil (white paint is the best but not necesary), move the light closer because she is stretching (what light r u usin by the way?) transplant into some rich fluffy well drainable mix, and u only need fresh water now, don't trim a thing

i train different than most, cause i use a lot more stress than most cause i make the plant do exactly what i want. start out by tieng the trunk to one end of the pot so it is tilting about 20-30 degrees, then find a strong point in the middle of the plant to tie to the opposite side of the pot, every day or every other day tie them down more and more, and when the branches start to accumulate tie them down to the sides depending on which way u wan them to go, and tuck the fan leaves under the branches to get more light on the protuding nodes. I use the twisty tie stuff u can get a homedepot or gardening store. I put holes in the top rim of the pot to tie these onto. It takes a lot of feel and experience to get them to do exactly what u want and to learn how much the plant can take, but its worth it when it comes to yeild;

is this hazeys thread or rons? hazey make your own thread.

Ron get your lights closer, your plants is looking for light. like buddy says ditch the tin foil. if you dont feel like painting then go get a survival blanket from walmart. they are like $4. staple or tape it to the walls of your grow box with aluminum tape.

ok well if its whatever go ahead and switch to 12/12 right now. if your plants arent sprouts you will have a fairly decent amount of bud.

remember your plant will just about triple in size.

You clearly are unexperienced in CFL grows.

flowering is up to you.

how much do want to yield.

how tall do you want it?
Well said.

26 watt lights are best around 2 inches. White paint isn't go great. Aluminum foil is much better unless you powder coat in specialty white paint.

tin foil is not a horrible material to use but its also not the best. FLAT white paint works better for reflectivity. And nobody needs to prove it its already proven.

Thw downfall to tinfoil is it crinkles easily causing light to be diverted in the wrong direction. also it holds alot of heat. if you are having problems keeping your temp above 20C then tinfoil is ok. If you are having problems with temps being over 30C then tinfoil is a horrible material to use.

Read the growfaq about materials and reflectivity.
