Technicalities...

So, I was thinking. If you were to have the unfortunate happen, and get busted. And the cops take all your equipment, and all your plants as evidence. They weigh it right there, right? And that's how it goes into the evidence log.

Now say a month or two later and your sitting in court. They have your bags of weed that they took from you when it was fresh and wet. A month or two later it would of had to of dried out some, if not totally.

Now whats stopping you at this point from demanding a reexamination of the evidence brought against you and upon finding the evidence to be of a lighter weight (and possibly a lesser charge)? Wouldn't the case be thrown out for introducing false evidence to the court. The numbers couldn't add up... I've seen murder cases thrown out for less... i.e. - oj simpson

Hmmm... i was thinking the exact same thing the other day.... ill ask around my buddy lawyers to see about this.

Good point. I guess it depends on what the speciifics are. I'm sure they understand that it can dry out. Even before I knew how to grow, I knew that it would be heavier if it wasn't dried out all of the way.

They do measure the weight of the whole plant and its root system, from my understanding. If they just went off of useable marijuana it would be a diff story. You can get busted for growing 100 lbs of marijuana but only have a handful of plants. Its corrupt

legally.. marijuana is marijuana regardless if its a useable product or not... i will keep in mind that the weight will be less once the evidence sits in the locker for a while.. im sure they know of this and are proteced.. .but if not then its a hella way for us to challenge the evidence and possibly showing how they have false evidence?

exactly so why not use that corruption against them by challenging their evidence?
