Tell me how my plants look.

I had a couple seeds I got from some bud I was smoking on. I decided to plant them and give it a shot. I was pretty certain I would kill them all because I was no good at growing stuff lol. So far they have been healthy and growing pretty fast. I just don’t understand why they are small. They are 30 inches tall from the top of the 5 gallon pot. They started showing pistils about 2 weeks ago and started getting taller. My question is do they look good and how much bud should I get from them. And any advice to help me out or anything you see I can do better just let me know.

5 gallon pot is kinda on the small side for outdoors But they look just fine to me. I’d say just keep doin what your doing and let them get as much sun as possible. I would agree with the one ounce range from that plant but it’s hard to say.

Yeah looks good codeman, I would say around an ounce at least for each one. Try to leave them as long as you can into October. Good luck from one code to another haha

Here is a little update of my two little plants. They have grown so much went from 28 inches to 38 inches within a couple days. Look very tasty I can’t wait.

5 gallons in a plastic bucket is way too small for outdoors. Its probably root bound and that is why she is staying small.
Your plants are not far into budding so I'm guessing you will be harvesting late oct.
Guessing around an oz if the buds get fat..
If not less then an oz

Looking good right on track. In a month from now they will be just about done I would think. Will stay tuned.

Would you try to transplant to something bigger or not even mess with it?

At this point just keep them as is. Risk/Reward in transplanting something 3/4 weeks into flower favors the risk side by a wide margin

I cut the bottom off one of those pots using a Ginsu knife. Amend a bit of soil and put it in the ground or on top of a 10 gallon pot.

What do you mean put it on top of 10 gallon and why would I wanna transplant them now if they only got a couple weeks left? Would it increase my yield?

Bigger roots = bigger fruits
That is why we have such big pots for our plants. Even if there is 4 weeks left (and that looks close to the case) the roots will still grow into the new soil and you can only benefit from it.
Up to you tho...its your grow

So
If it was your plants what size pots would you transplant to? Also would it stress my plants out any and less them up?

If they are root bound they are already stressed. If you are careful and dont break the roots then they should transition well with little stress. I would either plug them into a 10 gallon min fabric pot or at least an additional 10 to 15 gallons in plastic.

Would you think it would make a huge difference in growth or at least help them grow bigger buds? Because I gotta go buy more soil and pots I don’t wanna waste money if it isn’t gonna produce a bigger yield.

When did you start them and are there roots poking out the bottom of the pots?
@ganga gurl420 knows what she's talking about, but without knowing how old the plants are we don't know if they're actually small for their age, or just right. If you started late enough you might not be quite rootbound yet.
