Tell Me What You Think Of Barney's Farm..

to be honest some are like that but you pretty quick get to know which are conscienscous. and they dont have to be the top priced seed co's either. ive grown knockout stuff from nirvana. their ak48 is killer
 
HATE HATE HATE!!! Barney's Farm.
They suck! Bought 5 BlueCheese fem. from them, 4 were hermies.
And none even looked like what a BlueCheese would look like.. all were blueberry crap.

Ive had the same experience w/Greenhouse Seeds.....Out of 10 Church seeds only got 2 to even germinate, 1waslamethe other was kept and cloned for my perpetual grow......2 flowering cycles later The Church is out of my grow. Very average at best quality smoke, nice yield but commercial smoke if that.

I guess if you feel burnt from a seed company youre gonna be pissed and done with that company. I know after my experiencew.The Church Ill never run shit from GHSC again. Id kick Arjans little Euro ass if I got the chance, sure many here would do the same to Barney.

My experience is, you can't make too elaborate plans with these companies' seeds.
They'll let you down.
Got myself a mother now and I can finally start making plans.
 
i have lsd from barneys farm...never hermied
i think its pretty good
the description on the site says its indica dominant,but out of the 4 seeds that ive grown,they have been more sativa-ish

So 4phenos outta 4 have been NOT wat they said they'd be.. Ru sure you even got the seeds you paid for & not some random cross breeds from something totally different?

thats right
from what i read ,i got the same as other people....cuz when its curing it starts to smell musky,like mold then starts to smell sweetish
i wont be using them again though,im gonna try out greenhouse

My big bro is real canna-seur, he grades bud pretty rough, and he said the Vanilla kush is BOO-boo!

He didn't even want to buy my bud. Said it wasn't good enough. Damn....

Then again, I will never mother a freebie seed again.

Going to stick to the good stuff.

I now have an OG Kush mother, and bubba kush mother.

I've had the og kush, because a friend grew it out.

Needless to say, even though he chopped nearly a week early, I was fucking STONED. Sitting there, really stuck.

Brother smoked some OG kush with me, and I'm definitely sure its the one I'm growing, because I was
fucking HIGH.

My younger brother was like "damn, look at her! blowed!"

I have a 5 pack of the G13 Haze... Does that suck too?? So glad I did not start those and then find this thread! How is this the 1st time I have heard of anything being wrong with Barney's? Usually it's GHS that people hate on and Arjan seems to be the bastard child of breeding yet he's won cup after cup after cup... With that being said and with all that's wrong w/GHS my favorite strain to both grow and smoke is a GHS strain. Great White Shark. A beautiful indica that's fun, fast and easy to grow and the stuff hits you like a truck and it's all out body, couchlock stone will leave you sitting there wondering what the fuck JUST HAPPENED. To hear Barney's sucks is a real disappointment and I would also have to wonder about the Attitude! Why would the Vanilla Kush be so highly praised by the Attitude if it blows? It's one of the Top Strains right now and the Attitude is pushing what is now CRAP on us? Thanks Attitude.

i think it may be where people are buying the seeds from. some distributors may have old seeds and its not barney's farm fault at all. this is also the only thread i have ever seen with barney haters.
i get mine from the tude and you may pay a little more but the products are thumbs up for me.
 
i'm not too happy with ghs either, tried thier WW it sucked, now i have thier jack on the go and it sucks too. just glad i also have sensi super skunk in there aswell.. fantastic plant
 
I'm mixed emotion on GHS. I believe u can get good beans from em, but they are rare. Main problem is Arjan is a Stain on the inside of my Sphincter.. He rips other people genetics & then denies it. The CC is a bit political too so maybe that's y he wins, he is a Big Influence in the Dam.. Well @ least that's the way I hear it..
 
I got his AG, in the 2nd week of 12/12.Its lookin dank,but gots a few specks, of PM.Also got his VK,outside starting to flower.The VK,handles the humidity like a champ,not 1 dot of powdery mildew.
