What's your humidity been like @Ch0SzN1?
90f and in veg, you could easily be around 60-65 humidity at a guess.
Have a look at a vpd chart.

If humidity has been really low, it might explain the droop after you watered, if the plant couldn't transpire properly.
You might want to invest in a small humidifier for your space, if you haven't one already and humidity has been low.

Yea usually I keep the temp from 70-75 80 the highest and the humidity around 50-55% I have a lil humidifier and it's been doing its job....I wasn't paying attention to it last night and forgot to turn off the lights so the temp went up and the humidity bucket emptied out by the time I realized it was like 92° and bone dry at 16%

But I watered just a lil bit with distilled water and liquid seaweed and turned the lights off let some air in and by the morning wen I turned back on the lights she started to perk up and looks like she's ok now thank you

Is there a reason your using distilled water? Is your tap water bad?
