Ok im really confused at the moment.
Every time ivr grown ive had my temp probe sitting above my or near my plants under direct light.
Ive been told today that ive being doing it wrong and the probe should be sitting in ambient temp in room wich is shade area.

Can anyone clarify things for me please ???

I hang my thermo/hygro remote at the canopy. The temperatures where the light is closest to your plants is very important to know.

I hand mine on a wall out of direct path of the light.
Then I instruct the fans to I, or Above
me near the top to circulate room air.
Hope that clears it up.

Yes. Just over the canopy, in the light.
If you take readings from under the leaves, you are net getting the temps from the top colas.

It really shouldn't matter much if your fans are circulating the air properly, though.

Ive read up that it should be mid hight of the room with a cover over it so its out of direct light and in shade ?
