tempered glass?

how hot can tempered glass get and should it be cool to the touch because I have it venting but the glass is hot to the touch how strong should my intake and outtake fans be for a 1000watt

no one uses air cooled lights?

If you blow/push through your lights/system you only need one fan

a good inline fan is all you need...200 cfm and up. More is better....

I use air cooled lights.My 400 watt HPS in a 6"econo cool shade with glass.It has a 200cfm fan hooked to it.I can put my hands any where on the shade or the glass.Growing in a cab,box,closet air cool lights are the way to go.BTDT is right on a 200 cfm and up.Peace

that sounds like what i need. I have to direct my fan on the glass to keep plants becoming abit dry and hot. Dropped plant temp from 28-30oC to 25oC.
