I live in California and winter is approaching I have a 5x9 grow tent will I need a heater to control my temps or what can I do?

I think so but it gets pretty freakin cold out here man. That's why I figured I ask and see what people think.

Is your garage insulated? What lights did you decide on? How cold is "freakin cold"? Can the tent be inside?

Black dog LED 1000w. Garage is insulated,it hits in the 50's even 60's. The tent cannot be inside.

Hmm, I have heard of people using the small oil heaters, but then you have half the stories saying they almost caught their room on fire. I would imagine a small electric heater would work, but I still would be afraid of fire hazards. Is there a way to pull any hot air from inside into the garage? Are you able to run hotter lights?

Maybe a little ass heater would work. I'm guessing monitor it. No man I try to stay away from being inside cause I'm renting the garage.

You need to run your shit and see what happens.
Flower will be the trouble because you won't be running light. So get a cheap heater at walmart and put it on a timer opposite your lights if needed
