Tent is getting too hot, 32C.

I am having an issue with heat since I turned my LED light to 100%. During the day it heats up to 32-33C and 27-29C at night. My set up is below.

- 2x2x4 tent
- 4" inline exhaust with carbon filter. The fan is inside at the top the tent with tubing running to the filter outside of the tent.
- 4" inline intake fan in the bottom left of the tent to bring cool air in.
- 1 clip on fan placed at about mid height pointing at the wall/slightly down to create a gentle breeze on the plant.
- 150W LED grow light running at 100%.
- Humidifier on low to get 40-50% RH.

I live in hot area with highs of 38C(100F) during the day but keep the house cooled down to about 23C(73F).

Turn your light down some
 
I had a problem keeping my room & tent cool once the temperature outside hit 98F. It suuucked. My solution was to vent the tent outside & plug a portable AC unit in right next to the tent. This required a dual window vent plate, one 5" for AC & one 6" for my inline.

The cool air comes out of the portable AC, drops & gets sucked up right into the tent. Just don't run the AC & light on the same circuit or you'll be flippin a breaker...so run a sufficiently gauged extension from another room to one device.

Decent portable AC will cost ya $350'ish
 
Why you run lights in the evening night through morning off during peak heat hours. It's over 100 here today it gets up to 120°F. Using 540 watts tent doesn't get over 80° during hottest months running like that. 8pm to 8 am or 6pm-12pm are my usual flower and veg hours

Going to give this a shot as well as lowering my lighting %. Should get these temps down!

Bud it's a 150 watt light you should be able to run that max during those hours running mine at 180watts tent stays at 74°F down to upper 60s°F with lights out running like that. If it's that hot where you live I know you know about the AC running constantly my house stays at 74°F to 75°F tent still runs like that during those hours. Also you can black grow room out by a blackout curtain or old bed sheet blocking sun from grow room windows. That helps keep heat out as well

That's what I have read and thought but for some reason it runs hot as hell.

Because you're running during peak hours without windows covered. That would get hot regardless of what light you use when hot outside. I just use 2 old sheets folded over to block sun. Still run evening through morning but that helps over all temps stay down.

You run with all the lower vent flaps (the ones with screens) on tent open?

I have the larger lower one on the back open and the 4" inline intake fan on the low front left one. The low front right one is closed as my filter is placed on the ground on that side.

I have some blackout curtains already but Ill keep them closed throughout the day from now and see if it helps.

That's what my solution was going to be until I saw how much lol. Now I'm looking at a window unit.
 
Also do you leave grow room door shut so when ac is on cold air stays in room. Especially with lights out. The house is hotter than a sealed room. My house is 76°f right now set at 75°F I'll have to open a window in grow room to keep temps above 67f that room with the grey sheet has its window open. Sitting at 70°F.
I live in a 2 story so all the heat floods upstairs the red sheet is upstairs in my veg/ dry room veg tent stays low to mid 70s dry tent 62-68 f when it's hot outside
