Termites arhhhhh!

Went out to a spot of mine today that i havnt visited in a while to find 2 plants leaning over on closer inspection the stem was half chewed through just bellow ground level ,and there wer lots of termites crawling in and out , andybody dealt with this problem before? Im in australia btw ,

Also interesting is out of 10 plants of mixed strains the only two "guerilla gustos " were the plants attackacked and this strain is the only strain iv ever seen that is always hollow through the midle of the stems ,throughout the whole plant, im sure the termites are taking advantage of this

Why don't you use neem oil as drench? Am not sure about the dilution, what I do is 20ml neem oil+ water and soap. Add soap till the oily nature of the mixture disappears.
Most insects try to stay away from neem oil and termites will be no different.

You can also try having a pet armadillo, just kidding ;)

Bug blaster turf termite and ornamental control by hy yield 6 caps ful per gallon of water.
They'll. Be dead flood it with it
some people may be against using it but you do what you gotta do

Also the guy where i got it said u can use it on edible foods
Only 6 capsful if its the one that is like 2.4 bifeithrin ithink thats the active ingredient will have to find bottle to look at

5 plants wer completely chewed through ,soaked the soil around the base of the rest of the plants with neem and a light dose of a foliar spray insectacide, got home and started 40 nevilles haze seeds. Gona put about 5plants in each spot to replace the dead plants,hopefully can get them to 3 ft before flowering time

Also dont try guerillas gusto by sensi seeds , thats the only plants that got smashed by the termites,nevilles haze ,g13's ,pure power plants are all untouched

I too had faced such problem at my spot.
You just do one thing bring some wood ash and powered on the termite affected area regularly till one week.
I am sure it will minimize the infestation.
Some other solutions are orange oil boric acid but it will harm the stem. For more information click here.
