when testing ph... do you keep the tested solution and put it back into the mix? or do you discard?

test a small amount of solution and then discard it.

Word.... that's what I started doing.. but the first time I dumped it back into the mix out of some misled reflex..
do you think it will do any harm?

Are you talking about testing a nutrient solution, or actually calibrating your meter using calibration solution.

Testing nutrient solution you can just throw it back into your reservoir.

Calibration solution should be discarded.

I have added back in several times and have had no issues so far
