I wont be able to start on the box till oct. but I have bought oscilating fans, 6" 424cfm exhaust fan, 2 600w HPS and air cooled hoods for it. I will be running it totally sealed as I want to limit smell and control climate. A/C is a must I already have a SPT 9,000btu portable a/c that i just replaced with a 24,000 BTU soleus mini split/heat pump at my main location. The hoods I got are from HTG supply and they have the ability to adjust the air ports to the smoke stack postion so I will be running the light exhaust and intake through the roof of the box. Co2 will be added via 20lb cylinder and controller. Fully insulating the box with R13 fiberglass and a vapor barrier probbably just going to use 1/4" plywood cuz it's cheap like $8 a sheet for the siding and use 3/4" for the roof and floor. I also want to keep the box lightweight yet strong. I was even thinking about using the rigid foam insulation sheets to side the inside walls with to keep it lightweight and add to the insulation. I will take pics and blaze down as I build it as it's going to be fucking baddass! got a buddy who is good with construction so it should turn out primo. I am hoping I can pull 600+ grams out of this box every 60-70 days. we will see.

save yourself some bucks on plywood. 3/4" is probably overkill. any concern about having an adequate mounting surface could be fixed with framing.

I will post pics of each individual pheno and strain. The space dawg sees to be staying short and bushy with some slight variants in pheo. probably will be good for scroging.

Wow sounds amazing, I am going to start building mine in the next 2-3 weeks. I was hoping to get away with not using an a/c but it sounds like its a must, especially with 1000s!! I was just going to do a 4X8X8 frame out of 2X4s and side it with 1/4" ply. I do not think I will be running c02(at least at first) so I was thinking of pulling the air through the hoods and out with passive intake holes in the floor. Now I am considering pulling air from outside across the hoods and back out the other side, and another fan at the top of the box to exchange air from the floor vents. This way if I wanted to run co2 later I could just re-seal the floor and roof and I am good to go. Let me know what you think? Maybe I should just wait for you and copy your setup sounds like you are going to do it right!

I run a 600 in a 4x4x7 box with passive intake and a 6" Vortex fan pulling through a carbon filter then blowing through the hood and out of the box. It works great for me, but this is in a basement that stays pretty cool and the fan is turned up all the way in the summer. The biggest factor is going to be the temp of your incoming air. If I had more room/money, I definitely would have separated the hood cooling from the ventilation.

Sweet timing dude my AoS, CQ and A13 are on day 3 today! Will be nice to have someone else to compare to.

No TGA in your current order? What was it that drew you to these particular seeds/breeders? My next grow I'm going all TGA - 6 new different strains on top of the 3 I'm already growing.

I didn't want to just limit myself to the TGA gene pool... I figured I got all the TGA strains I was after not really interested in try any others at the moment.

Pics..

I placed 5 AOS into flower and 2 DNA Kany kush freebies as well. Kandy kush is a lanky muther fucker definetly alot of sativa influences in them. AOS #5 is by far the most vigorous and is already showing female preflowers the plant has awesome structure. I took clones off all of them. Waiting to flip the other 3 strains CQ, A13BX, and space dawg so they can veg out more so I can get some good clones plus I don;t have room in the flower room at the moment.

everything is coming along nicely I just don't have time with running 3 gardens in 2 different locations and work just don't have time to snap pics. I only got 2 Space dawg females, 3 A13 females, 4 CQ females, and 3 AOS females. One AOS stretched like 3x!

Nice! Glad to hear they are coming along. How is the stretch on the Cheese Quake so far? Not 3x I hope!!

Haven't flowered the Cheese quake yet. Ran out of room in the bud room. I will have more time tomorrow to take pics, and clones of cq then flip time before they get too big! one thing I have noticed is all the TGA gear has very stout and thick stems. I don't know if it is because of the nutes im using or because they are grown from seed and im used to growing clones.

Stay tuned stoners! I will try and take lots of pics for your enjoyment and a comparison of the AOS #5 compared to the others lol the fucker is like 4ft tall in a 2 gallon pot! the other AOS are about 1.5-2ft tall.

Looking forward to it... my AoS are all fairly similar in size and look fairly similar... sounds like you got a sativa dom pheno :)
