Good question Snafu. I've never run JTR before but I think I'll take her down around day 56 or so. We'll just have to see how she looks and decide from there. I'll probably shoot for 5% amber or somewhere in that range.

popped a couple of JTR's looking for the shorty pheno...got a twin and though they are not 12/12 yet...I think both males. But mine went 77days and could go way longer...they just keep layering on new clear trichs...I do not know how people are finishing in 7-9 weeks...With that said, it is so ridiculously potent that I am sure it would actually be better to cut early.

That's good to know Hayduke. I am just guessing on finishing time based on the description on TGA's website. Of course, they list two different windows. The main strain guide page says 49 - 56 days and the detailed description page says 8 - 9 weeks. I just sort of split the difference and figured it would be around 8 weeks. Either way, I'll cut her when she looks ready. I really hope it is not 70+ days though. I've got some Kali Mist in veg that I know is going to take a long time to flower and I need to get it finished up before the temps get too hot in the shed this spring/summer.

Hey Medshed and Hayduke, i grew a few JTR's last round and i let all mine go to 63 days at the least and felt that they could have went longer by the looks of the tric's...
But then after i chopped them all i noticed that i probobly should have chopped them a lil bit earlier...
So this round im gonna chop them all at 56 days or so...(i cloned the 1 keeper that i felt was the fastest flowerer)...

They were all keeperes in there own right though...(really wish i woul;da cloned the lemon lime slurpee flavor one that i had)...-small yeilder but great tast and smells, and all the other JTR's were all so so in the yeild department...

Thanks for the insight nickman. What did you notice after chopping that made you decide they should have been cut earlier?

So sub , I'm one of your least known fans. I'm a patient/caregivers in my state. Where I am there's more closet growers than anything else. So I took the time to figure out how to legally grow the right way. Been putting in a lot of time, money and friends to work and we are almost there. I built a 30 by 40 ft. With 12 ft cielings garage. The will be the biggest subcool garden I've seen in real life. My electrician is so excited to do the work being a patient himself he sees my vision. Gonna start with pandoras box, Qleaner, and agent Orange. Dude all your strains in hydro are awesome. Ive had many growers use cuts in their systems and hands down no matter what we've been getting all to go way past 8 ft cielings every time. Keep doing your thing Tamo.
