I'm gonna say like 14 or 15 ounces dry this time. Just hope they slow down on the stretching cause I've only got about 18" left to raise the light.

I was reading on another thread about guys running 30 plants in a 4x4 grow. I just don't see the point when one plant can do this. Sure veg takes longer but seem to me that this would be a lot less work.

just like og said........................i love running sog., but here the way the law is if you get caught with 1-7 plants is about 1-3yrs, then 7-50 plants is 5-10yrs and with 50+ plants it is life, i`am not sure if all of that is correct but its close. been awhile since i looked at it.
back when i had a partner we would`ve tried to squeeze 100 in that space. oh those good ol` days.lol

looking real good here VET. May I please request a full frontal picture of your entire scrog screen during your next photo shoot . judging From the last image it looks like you have some right sided room to tuck those side branches over. I would recommend doing that if you can and then tucking the middle to the right. Are you able to lift your scrog screen up a bit for some more room to tuck and bend the branches without braking them that always helps. I have even cut my scrog screen off 3 weeks into to flower and moving my plant , restringing the screen and replacing it. That is ALOT of work though. lol...
Some strains are much more flexible then other when tucking under the screen, how do you feel about Pennywise in that reguard?

It's not too late to keep tucking? I always thought you were supposed to stop once the flowers started growing good. I think this plant gets pretty rubbery if I let it dry out a bit. I should be able to bend some more over. I do have room off to the right but that spot has a sloped ceiling so height is an issue. I'll see what I can do in the morning.

..... I tuck my girls down really tight even when they are flowering because they are just going to continue to shoot up full force. u will know when the flowers start getting really full when its tme to stop weaving...I stop weaving when just the huge cola is popping up the top of the screen....This is my last scrog of Alien Rock Candy about 6 weeks into flower. I always want as many of the lower flowers that get hidden under the screen to get as much light as possible, so I also prune away fan leaves to expose those smaller hidden buds up to the very end of the plants life. You ever notice those small white underdeveloped buds under your canopy? they need more light to ripen

oh how alien!lol i was to high for this, the disco balls did it for me. rep to ya doc for the most unique garden i`ve seen to date, or am i able to even say is seen this. i`m not going to get probed am i? its good to see something out of the norm..
i like the screen fill the most. my question would be, why not go ahead and cut the stuff underneath and let the plant use that energy for whats in direct light. one might think that energy is being wasted, with the stuff underneath and out of the light may have the plant acting on like a healing mode and wasting energy where it doesn`t need too. i know we all do things different, and for different reasons, that's the reason i asked.

Last grow I let it stretch but this time I upped the pot to 5 gallons and it's just climbing! I'm kinda timid about trimming. I cut the lower stuff out of the way once the screen starts to fill in but I never know what to trim up top and when. Don't want to rob it of solar panels.

Tried to do some tucking but only got a few over to the right. I tried to supercrop a few (accidentlly). Trimmed most of the lower leaves. Got a massive trunk with the 5 gallon pot. Mom is still doing good too. image.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg

awesome job SelfmedVEt! I am sooo inlove with your mother..what a beautiful plant. if I could get a clone of her, I would be in heaven.
another thing I did once... I had 2 girls in one tent. One was a heavy Indica..Bubba Kush, the other a very sativa dominant Jack Herer.
Jack Started stretching a lot and I wanted to control her height.. so I placed a second scrog screen down about 6 inches or so? from the first.. and tucked all her branches back under... this helped tremendously , even though she still poked through more then I would have liked, . So Jack was actually scrogged twice. I ended up yielded approx. 2 lbs from that beast!
