Out of the two pheno's of Vortex I've had it was my favorite. It yielded a little more and had more of a sativa type high than it's sister. Both phenos I had were good, but the apollo dominant one was better imo. She was tall and lanky looking with more foxtailing on the buds.

Just the 2 little ladies are the Vortex. The big buds are some Durban that's only a few days from chopping.
I had one big plant in veg that was screwing up our groups of 3 rotation, so we tossed her under a 400 bare bulb on the edge of the regular grow.

The big durban bush got a little leaf curl even at .6EC, I think that the 430 watt hps bare vertical must have really had this plant transpiring like crazy.
Under my 600 with glass and venting I can feed the same with no curling.

Today we trimmed the big buds off of the top of the durban bush, we'll give the lower buds a couple of days more than trim.

I have 3 durbans going under a 600 next to the bushy one, these will be the last of the durbans that we grow. I have been giving them a little floralicious plus, like .5 ml per gal. These are the frostiest I've had any of the durbans come out, and this is only day 40 for them.
I can't say for sure it's the floralicious that is making them frosty, but something made them far more frosty than in the past. I've also added co2, and raised the humidity up to 65%, or it could be that they are getting a better temp swing now that summer is over (highs of 82, lows of 65)

And day 19 of the vortex girls, looking healthy.

Lookin' good man! After reading some of your posts I've come across in various threads, I'm pretty sure we live in the same area.
