A lime sherbet Chernobyl pheno - an Attitude freebie - is still the best I've run, and that was 2 yrs ago. Still kick myself for not cloning her. No one mentions Timewreck. Two pick n mix yielded two females; one good, the other outstanding which has a permanent place in each grow. Fast grower, big yielder, easy to clone, and a knock out high. A + for sure. If I had that Chernobyl pheno, I'd never want anything else but those 2, honestly.

i have that chernobyl pheno and it is certainly in my top shelf. dazzling frost level and a killed lime taste.haven't grown much tga, but that sefinitely gets my vote. my lime pheno didn't color at all, but it doesn't need to.

Absolutely! Around week 5 of bloom, I knew I had something extraordinary, but I'd lollipopped w/o cloning. [ dang dang dang! ] I felt some kind of buzz just trimming it, which took forever because the extreme resin kept disabling my scissors. I've popped a couple since, and they were good, but the one I let get away - after 3 months of superb smoking - haunts me to this day.
 
The one that got away... Haha. I keep hearing great things about Chernobyl but I'm only hesitant because I don't know what the high is like. I'm not much for hybrids, I like to stick with either sativa dom or indica dom. Where does Chernobyl lie? And how about timewreck?

my cut of chernobyl defjnitely favors the trainwreck and jtr in the lineage with a very sativa style high.

is this your first grow?? if so i dont advise you go out and buy 2 1000 watters nor do i suggest going with larger plants in 7 gallon pots..for any new grower that is too large an investment and uptaking when it may go south the first time or two...id buy one light and use 5 gallon pots and flower around a couple feet..go small get a good harvest in and learn alot then when you have the feel down expand just my opinion
 
also i just saw your leaning toward the agent orange..only tga ive run but it was in a partners room and so i cant be sure how well he did when i wasnt around to teach..BUT heres what i have on it..wreacked like orange peels spot on whcih was nice. of five one was male 2 females and two didnt make it they kind of stunted out and went south ill atribute that to the new grower :twisted:..the two were very similar in appearance smell and taste and grew well. overall good shit and very conisseur style but that said idk i would probably not grow it again because ive been happier with other strains so knowing that id rather try some of his others..so i did..i have a pack of plush, querkle, pandoras box, jack skellington, and then two beans for aos..just havent had a chance to run em yet :( ...also if your open to other companies i grew the cotton candy by deliciousseeds and that was good as well as whiteberry by paradise that i would recommend as well but its fem and a bit more expensive also seem to have good luck with anything with silver in the name lol

I think subCool nails the description of Timewreck's high by saying it's stronger than Chernobyl - seems to have a good balanced buzz that hits quick and hard...then lasts. The taste and stone reminded me from the first couple of hits of that great late 70's early 80's buds that came through now and again. It's also a cinch to grow and clone - not tempermental at all.

I meant I don't really favor hybrids that sit you on your ass and expand your mind at the same time. I don't know if you understand what I'm trying to describe, maybe it's easier to describe what I do want. I either want a sativa leaning strain that picks me up and puts me in a great, euphoric mood. Gives me energy, and is a good daytime/morning smoke. Or I want an indica leaning strain that puts me on my ass and a smile on my face. Pretty much zombie mode. It's the combination of those two that I don't like, feeling stuck to the couch but having my mind racing. Hopefully that's understandable. And I realize you can achieve a more sativa/indica leaning pheno by harvesting earlier or later so the trichomes are clear/cloudy or mostly amber. So I can work with some hybrids in that sense.

lol i read the first half of that and was going to suggest ak47 but then i thought to myself he wants the energetic buzz but he wants to do shit and ak can be strong...kept reading and you explained it to the t imo strong shit that makes you not really want to drive but you could sit on the couch and have a mad conversation with a buddy while playing video games at the same time :bigjoint: ...so dont get ak lol
 
lol well if you can take the potency its a good high imo i mean its uppity dont get me wrong id be happy smoking one and playing catch or going to the store or something random but idk i guess i just dont like driving on it, and smoke too much it can seat you lol
 
oh and i picked up a pack of pyramids ak called tutankhamun...very few reviews but every single one i found was the same they say it packs a punch and grew well..i havent been able to pop those yet either i bought too many beans lol..but i suggest this from the research i did
