THanks for looking! Should I flower yet? PC BOX grow (pics)

Thanks for coming by. Ocean forest 60-70% and rest perlite. 2x6400 and 2x2700k 23w CFL...been on 18/6 lights and a month in from seed sprout.

Question: Am i ready to flower or not?

Looking for maximum yield within the space that I have, but definitely rather a lot less yield if it means no worrying about plants hitting lights.

Anyone with any experience with PC grows or other related knowledge?

I think 1 month of veg in a PC box should be fine, but since I see you're already LST'ing, you could top her and go another couple weeks before flipping.
