Here's a good question...
Anyone who has seen Terminator 3 remember the ending scene where John Conner is running through the giant series of blue tubing while the female terminator chases them close behind?

This morning the first particles were sent around the 17 mile underground circular tunnel. We are all still here so far. No speculation as to when they might start recording data. Because they travel at the speed of light the particles went around the track in a fraction of a second. To quote Mr. Spock -"Fascinating"!
