got an email back from the leader, he said that the gentleman arrested near my hometown has his support and he believes that he will be a quited of all charges. Kinda sounds like he is saying "Well he's in my prayers lets hope for the best". THC ministries is sounding like it wont keep you out of trouble with the 5 0

High, My name is Roland A. Duby, I am the editor of the newest edition of the "Emperor wears no clothes" I have been working with people from the Brothers For Mercy We have made available for free, all of the paperwork needed to let anyone claim marijuana as religion and beat their charges "without a LAWYER"! You must follow the instructions and not enter a plea, just say what the instructions tell you to say. File the papers in your case and say no more. Most cases get dropped like a hot potato.
We have found the silver bullet for the courts in the form of religious establishment. Everyone is fighting for the right to use marijuana in their religion, when in reality we should be arguing the fact that the marijuana law impedes our right to "ESTABLISH" a religion. The courts are convicting people because they are arguing the wrong argument.
We have the constitutional right to "establish and practice religion" but you cannot practice a religion that you have not established!

we are happy to help whomever we can, but ya gotta remember to follow the instructions.

once you enter a plea you are pretty much stuck with a trial and a conviction.

So just last night a man by the name of Steven Swalick was arrested near my home town for growing upwards of 100 plants. When questioned about the plants swalick replied that he was a minister of the THC ministry. After some research i have found that this is actually a legitimate religion. Who thinks he will walk? Who thinks he will be charged?

Can you tell me a little bit more about this..... you say you don't need a lawyer, but looking through all those documents, i think I would..... a lot of it is gibberish, and I can't figure out exactly what the steps are.... is there a more formal step-by-step process (like with a time-line so that I could see how far in advance things need to be done, and in what order). The website that is linked by you does not provide me with enough information to find this claim credible. although I would love to find out more about it.
