Why have I not found ONE THCA flower that can get me high? Regardless of what the quality appears.

Yet my regular thc weed that I've been smoking my whole life never fails to get me high even when it looks worse than the thca flower it's compared to?

Everything I see about thca and everything I've experienced screams NOT normal thc.....the definition of thca even says it's a different; weaker high than normal thc.. ...well how do you know if you never actually inhale or injest thca? According to everyone it's normal thc when consumed.... but also fails to do what normal thc does for some reason that none of yall have explained to me - it flat out does not get me high - normal flower does - and I know my normal street flower isn't thca flower

THCa is a capped high (which is why the government doesn't care if it's legal).....if they gave normal weed to ppl during legalization you'd have ppl that can't handle it ...that's not the case with THCa because it's a reduced, limited high....my fucking grandpa who's never smoked weed can smoke some THCa and he'd be ok....if he smoked my regular weed he may piss himself ...see the difference?
