starting wage 50 years ago working as a meat packer was the equivalent of $47 per hour after adjusting for inflation....

oh the good old days when jobs actually paid a living wage and you could earn a living, not just make due, from the moment you started......

my uncle started working as an accountant earning the equivalent of 76k per year today at the age of 23......40 years ago.....

good old days indeed....

Inflation sure has stolen our money. What good is a 8% return when inflation is running 12%?
