Sigh.... so today would be week 9 or 5th week of flowering.

I noticed yesterday tha my leaves were a bit droopy, and thought nothing of it. It has been very hot and humid here as of late so I assumed it was just heat stress, and that she would get over it with a little love and care. Today I awoke to a dry crisping leaved plant :( (I screamed yes... I screamed), I thought what the hell could I have done... I put some fresh water in last night 5.6 ph without any nutes, hoping I could flush the system a bit.... I turned the fan on a bit higher?.... NOTHING I could figure out... so I did a complete system flush again tonight hoping to salvage any plant life left to push it into harvest... after I had put the res back on the base I lifted the lid to check ph again... and noticed, THE DAMN PUMP ISN"T WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE DAMN PUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooo angry, I have to start over again... but but now I have to wait for a new pump? do I have to order it? do I just return the whole system? there should be a garuntee of some sort!? right??:(

DAMN DUDE,
KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. I WALKED IN LAST SUNDAY AND 21 THATWERE IN 3RD WEEK OF FLOWERING, AND LOOKED LIKE THAT. CAN,T YOU REPAIR THAT PUMP OR BORROW ONE. MINE CAME BACK TO LIFE AFTER A WEEK, SO MAYBE ALL IS NOT LOST. YOU SAID 5.6 ON YOUR PH, YOU MEANT 6.5 RIGHT?
 
I Recently pulled out my bowl because the pump wasnt running, then i discovered the gold metal prongs that transform a current from the base to lamps and pump that the bowl had cought on the gold metal pronged and ripped it off of the base. I shoved it back in there putting the bowl in and it still creates a current dont know how long it will work tho, may have to soder since i cant wait for parts.

I'm a little confused
If you are into flowering then your roots are always in the water. So even if the pump breaks (which mine did also) the roots will still be getting all the water they need.
The setup i changed to now for flowering doest have a water pump just an air pump with stones for o2 and to keep the water moving to avoid it going stagnant.
 
I was thinking of going on to a dwc system thumbs, and using the aero for cloning, and rooting and veg.. that is if they return my email, and send me a new pump...

I have 2 airstones in my res. at the moment. In all hopes she may come back to life, if not too far-gone :(. I am happy to hear though that you got them back bd!.. very happy.

Exactly what GreenThumbs said.

I don't understand how it would affect the plant if you continued to put new water in there. It shouldn't have killed the plant, even if the pump wasn't working.

And yes, they'll send you a replacement. Same thing happened to a friend of mine.

well, it has been extremely hot out here. I am sure the heat had alot to do with it.
Looks like I might be able to get some bud out of it after all.
the airstones in the res have kept it just alive to be producing bud still on a few branches...
I am going to prune her real nicely... see if I can keep her alive and happy.

as for the pump... they said that is was an ongoing issue and that they would send me another in about 10 days
