Nice looking ladies r32115.

How much peroxide should I put in the water? This will not hurt my plants?

I will upload some pics of my setup - using a cabinet with two aero's side by side for seeds / clones. Then out to the flowering cabinet.

I only have this happening in one of the aero's (brown). I will try some silk sponge. Thanks for the help.

MY marogarden arrives tomorrow. i cant wait to set it up. here is my first grow after the storm we had last night. there were winds up to 100mph and before i could put her inside the sirens went off....she did well , only losing a few leaves, she should recover fine.

a small dish with h2o2 from the pharmacy and about 10 minutes or untill the bubbling stops. the peroxide puts o2 right to the roots

You can follow a growing season through my posts. It includes the typical newbee stupid questions that you won't have to ask if you do a little reading. A guy out there called TEK had an awesome AG thread for a while & disappeared. Go to search & you can get a lot of AG info out there. It is a great little unit with fox nutes if your needs are personal.
Peace, O2

Flush (no nutes) them for a couple of days. The spots are probably nute burn.
What nutes are you using?
The brown roots is not good , they might be too dry or starting to rot.Clean fresh ph'd water for a couple of days should do the trick.

i could also be bacteria eating the roots (bad PH) adjust to 6.2 to 6.7

also soak your pods (plants and all) in h2o2 for 10 minutes or untill the bubbles stop this will kill any bacteria and oxygenate the roots

fully clean out the AG and run a strong peroxide solution through it that will help i had the same browning problem and thats what i did

don't use the sprouting nutes... they will kill your roots...
Instead of adding more chemicals to the resivoir, just go buy and airator from the pet store for $14, some tubing($2), and some air stones($4). I have a splitter, so one goes in the res, the other in my nutrient enriched water drum... its a continuous supply of O2 for your roots, without the shock.
Make sure all of your covers are on the pods.
Buy some good nutes..

my first grow.. 30 days in - excuse the shabby pics ;)-

I out them into flower yesterday..... 400w hps.... I am very excite!!!

Okay. I have read this thread start to finish. First I would like to say GREAT JOB!!! to all who has taken this journey. Tek, you rock. Skunk, you too. Now questions. Skunk; You don't seem to be sold on the AG. Is the DWC Growers Choice kit better? In your opinion? If so please explain when you get time. I have successfully grown in my closet once before, but the yield was not what I wanted it to be and it took quite some time. Plus it was just regular old dirt weed seeds. This was a long time ago and I learned quite a bit from it. I too saw the AG infomercial about 2 months ago and am just now looking into it. I love to see that there is success with it in so many of us, but I can see that there are a few down falls. Don't know exactly where to pin point all of these down falls because I am not an expert, but I can tell they exist due to the difference in opinions in this thread. The nutes seem to come up alot and I think the cups on the AG are just not big enough to support a large plant, but I really have no place making these statements thus I am no expert. So far I think brnpiper has done the best as far as the pics look. Vande did good as well, but I don't want to spend $150 on something I am going to have to modify (light wise). So please could anyone tell me is the DWC a better system overall? Either way I will be joining you all soon with some white widow.

Thanks

Also. If you have not already purchased one check this system out first, it is preferred by most.

aerogarden day 34 from seed

these babys look and smell sweet!!

fox farms tiger bloom and grow big hydro anyone know anything about ff open sesame???

They look good. You might want to think about flowering soon. How many plants are in there? You may lose one of the plants as the root balls grow bigger and start competing for space.

I may be wrong but the roots take in oxygen while the leaves take in the CO2. I think you want that tube just below the leaves.
actually CO2 sinks so when you set up the CO2 system put it rather than below, on top so it will sink and reach every level of leaves...(CO2 doesnt do anything special except for make the plant grow faster... if your patient, CO2 might just be a waist of money.)

try just collecting rain water to spray on the leaves and to fill the reseviour too because pot likes water slightly acidic which means rain water is just perfect

Yeah I have used FF's Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz and Cha ching. Only advice that I can give is that their stuff is really strong! It reccomends to use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp per gallon of water. I would use half of that while being sure not to increase ur base nute.
