You are welcome to believe whatever you want but that does not make it true.I believe that most atheists are more concerned about what religion does rather then what they themselves are doing.
I'll answer the second question first. I think if you don't question what you hold true, you are likely holding beliefs that are untrue. Your character could be described as credulous and dogmatic.What does it say about character when you always change beliefs? What does it say about your character when you dont question what you hold true?
For the first question, I guess it would depend on why you change your beliefs. If you merely jump to various beliefs as you hear new ones that merely sound interesting, as I have seen many followers of pseudoscience and new-age weirdness do, then you likewise can be labeled credulous. However, if you only hold beliefs because empirical evidence supports it and only change when new and better evidence is presented, then I would label your character as a rational skeptic.
