The Attitude shitty customer service!

This is my fifth purchase from The Attitude! My first order I bought a 10 pack of seeds and had only two germinate. I told them about the problem even though I was aware they couldn't do anything. 2nd,3rd and 4th order were all great! I'm on my 5th order and my seeds were crushed! Not all of them but some of them. I always pay for stealth shipping and insurance. I emailed them on Friday and they wont respond back to me. I have sent them one email a day. I'm tired of their shitty service! When I recieved bunk seeds they didnt care. Now my seeds are crushed and they still don't care! 5 days of not emailing me back is unacceptable! I'm going to stick with Theseeddepot, cheaper shipping,better customer service and faster shipping. Fuck you Attitude! Fuck you again from my VISA card!

Unless you worded it as bad soveniers.
If you mentioned ones an atempt to germinate they will avoid you as its a touchy law here in UK.

But today we see the new FBI like system design ontop of a new legal system design. So who knows what next year will hold in store

once you contacted them and told them that you were breaking the law with something that you bought from them after you knew that they say that the seeds are sold not to be germinated, they won't reply back to any of your emails again regarding any questions about things that you bought from them to negate any thing that they could be held responsible for..
if you knew that they say they don't sell seeds to be germed, why on earth would you go back anyway to ask about seeds not germing??
i'd bet they automatically put you on a black list from that point and will not respond to any other emails from you simply for legal reasons, and i understand completely why they would do this..

Still no response from them! My first order, my GF bought the seeds for me. Different name different address different email. So I was not on any list.
I also emailed them and stated exactly "souvenirs crushed"! No I did not metion anything about germination at all. I stated "My souvenirs were crushed and I want a replacement. I payed for the insurance. What address do I send these to? That's all that was said. I read all the fine print a long time ago. I checked my spam box and nothing. This is not my fault in any way shape or form. They fucked my order up and I paid for the insurance. Now they don't want to do anything about it. I'm going to send them back their crushed seeds and reverse the charge on my credit card! I bet they will try and email me now. When they do, I will tell them, "Fuck you! You had your chance!"

They didn't fuck your order up, the postal service did. It's "paid" not "payed". You are engaged in an inherently illegal act and complaining that your order was crushed. It's like saying to a pimp, "Your hooker took my money and didn't slob my knob. I want my money back".

Next time have them put it in the tin and forget the insurance. I've never, ever had a problem. Also, instead of demanding things try saying things like, "Hi. Received my order today and noticed that some of the pieces were crushed. I've had no trouble in the past with previous orders and did select the insurance option <insert order number here>. Thank you and let me know if you need any further information about my order." You'll find that works better than "I want a replacement".

Bummer the seeds were crushed but keep things in perspective. Good luck!

I bought insurance. They got extra money. It's scam insurance.
Visa will give me my money back easily. It's their fault, merchants are not covered, customers are.

I'll stick with TheSeeddepot, they have been so good to me, I would never issue a chargeback with them even if my order was messed up.

once again, i'm sure they're ignoring you as you have in the past contacted them about seeds not germing.. once doing this, they are never going to respond to you again imo, and who can blame them as you put them at risk by saying that what you purchased through them was being used in an illegal manner, ie, trying to germ them..

i mean, after all, they are breaking the law by sending them to anyone in the u.s. what's so hard to understand about that.. most other souvenir's you buy aren't illegal to possess, therefore you'd get much better responses when trying to return them or when you have a problem with them is all..

Dude, really? Did you not read my post? My first order, germination was mentioned with a different name, credit card and email. My girlfriend bought them. There is no connection to my name on subsequent orders. Understand now?

Yes, I understand about the souvenirs, I was being facetious. No one would buy the seeds if they were not to be germinated. The Attitude is breaking the law by selling to U.S. customers. The D.E.A. , United States is vicious it wouldnt surprise me if the Attitude gets shut down in the future. If someone in high power in the U.S. wants the Attitude shut down, someone in high power in the U.K. will roll over for them.

i also had a similar problem with them with a crushed seed.. and what theyr trying with me is holding the products they legaly owe me untill i order again and than theyl send me my owed products.. what makes them think i evnen want to deal with them...so... i totaly agree with ur statement FUCK YOU ATTITUDE!!

^^^you are also not the guy who started the thread. Not every seed is going to germinate...and I have never gotten a "crushed" seed from the Attitude. Your'e dealing with a situation that is teetering on legality, on both ends. You're lucky that they offer to replace anything..whether it be in your next order or not...considering how do they know it wasn't you who fucked up the seed somehow??

Try Herbies, Sea of Seeds, Sow Amazing Seeds. Attitude seed bank refers to their negative attitude and the fact that they never have quality strains in stock. Lots of people here ride Attitudes dick like it's magic.

I have never gotten herpies either, but it happens! Luck? lol Paying for insurance covers crushed seeds. It's when they choose to ignore me over the seeds being crushed. If I ever order again, VISA is my insurance, I will not purchase it from The attitude again.

I guess I love crushing seeds I spent hundreds of dollars on and wasting my time emailing them about it. The thing is, they could have emailed me back and said no. When people do return seeds, they go back to the breeder and the breeder issues a replacement. The Attitude is just too lazy to do it. Other than having the best selection of seeds, everything else is subpar.

I have had 24 orders from Attitude so far. My first several had -0- issues. Absolutely perfect. I had a 10-pack of Tangerine Dream that didn't germinate, I didn't say shit. I had a few seeds here and there smashed. Most of their freebies lick balls so I didn't say anything. Then one of my freebie packs wasn't included. I started getting pissed, then it happened on the next order again!!!!! I raised hell and they started with the make another order and we will replace it all. Fuck Ya! Attitude you rock!!, Problem is cock-suckers never sent them. I placed a good four extra orders so they could add my free shit, sent emails, put comments in the comment section. Was nice, was mean, boycotted them for 2 long months. Laura is who I had contact with the whole time, mean, rude, lying bitch. I have spent several thousand with them, they do not give a fuck and I quit complaining cuz I was getting several smashed seeds and almost every time I use the coffee mug. No way in fuck, USPS is unpacking my order, using the mug and smashing my beans and then re-packaging it and sending it to me!! I just placed four orders since 4-20, probably won't have a problem with any of them, but it happens, and they don't give a fuck.
My last email with them bitching about them not sending what they owed me, she actually typed: "Would you like us to just send them to you without you making an order, so that you do not feel left out?!" I was furious at this point, but I said yes I would. They never did.
I kept going back to them, cuz they are still the best and had the best website. Now their website sucks too. Boycotting them, didn't help me and as many seeds as I order, when I quit ordering they didn't give a fuck. And I have sent comments, please don't let my seeds get smashed please, and several of them show up smashed. lol. There is no winning with those fuckers until someone comes along and does it better.
