Right on, Using a grinder is much more efficient. When you get that stick icky shit you cant always break it up fine enough to burn evenly or even burn thoroughly at all with your fingys. Grinders > Fingers all day. From secondary school physics (if i remember correctly) - reactions (including that of burning) happen faster when the matter has a larger surface area. A grinder maximizes the surface area by cutting up the bud and fluffing it out aswell, minimizing wasted material which is not burned. You also keep all the loose trichs contained within the grinder for use later, whereas with the finger method you loose stuff on your fingers, on the scissors, table etc.
I cant go without a grinder nowadays, nothing wrong with being lazy heaveykush!
No it does NOT downgrade your weed, rubbing your oily little fingers all over the delicate buds can though. The whole process serves to save that extra pollen in the bottom that you would otherwise lose to your fingers or other tools. Thats how I see it at least...Yep that's why you save it. You're right it downgrades it but when you save it up. It is upgraded. So yes it all evens out. But you can make hash with keif too. But overall it doesn't make your weed last longer
Removing kief from your bud then sprinkling it back on later only "evens out" if absolutely ZERO trichromes are lost or damaged in the process. So you've removed the trichomes from the flower, and then just add it back in again afterwards? Certainly adding a whole bunch of them to a joint will get you higher, but in order to have that amount you would have removed it from other joints, it all evens out. It all evens out.
Yes it DOES lower the quality of the weed when you pound the shit out of it ! ....im not sure what ur smokin' but it does take some of the weeds power awayNo it does NOT downgrade your weed, rubbing your oily little fingers all over the delicate buds can though. Sticky icky wont clog a grinder. I have never seen or experienced that and I got some stickyyyyyyyyy many times
